I attached the permit and plans approved by Trustees. The Zoning Board granted the owner variances for these structures with the following conditions of approval: 1. Certification of the sanitary system (done) 2. Stormwater management plan meeting TC 236 requirements. (herein requested letter of no jurisdiction) 3. Replacement of"pea stone gravel walkways"with vegetated non-turf buffer ` (herein requested letter of no jurisdiction) Enclosed please find plans prepared by Vincent Benic, Architect with the required drainage in the driveway landward of the house and the non-turf planting on the southwest corner of the property.
