Dear Mr. Cleary:
This letter is a follow up to your letter of August 31, 2022, along with photographs. The
Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove three (3) trees that are problematic
and located close to your home and within 100' of the wetlands. These trees were
reviewed and seen by Trustee Elizabeth Peeples on October 5, 2022.
The Board of Trustees determined that these three (3) trees may be removed at.this
time with the replacement of three (3) new trees on the seaward, side of the house. No
permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a_permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Hi Diane,
Thank you for the call earlier.
As mentioned, I was approved for a permit by the Trustees in late 2020 (for some landscaping work and tree removal). I
was hoping to add one more tree to the list and wanted to confirm approval with the Trustees before removing.
The tree sits in my driveway near the road and is mostly ead.
