The Board of Trustees-determined that this tree may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove this tree. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. I have recently had problems with my sanitary system in the same location as the tree. I have determined with the help of Norris&Son Inc., sanitary company, that the sanitary system from 1960 is 3 pools of block construction surrounding the tree.The pools are collapsing and infiltrated with tree roots. Both the tree and system are at risk. I am also concerned that the tree might blow down and damage our house. I am moving towards an emergency repair of the sanitary system with cast concrete pools and septic tank as advised by my engineer. I have attached pictures for your use.
