I am also asking if the clerk's office can send us the color original copy of his plan.So we all can read his parking grid better and to see how many cars for each of his designated parking areas. It would seem that family members ride together. Two prior wedding receptions of similar size only resulted in perhaps 35 cars, hence that is what I indicated on the application, however, if more cars show up I am prepared for them. One Saturday during my most recent Christmas tree season we had 106 self parked cars here with plenty of additional off-road room for many more. If some are coming via drop off shuttle he should state that.There have been complaints from neighbors about the use of this farm property for weddings(his property is zoned residential not all ag) and Mr. Dart was originally denied permits because he did not comply with the requirement for the promotion and sales of onsite ag products, he figured out how to do an end run around the code by claiming to sell small Xmas trees as wedding favors(similar to Salt Air Farms selling "u-pick" flowers, but that one is more legitimate). I'm not certain of the veracity of his claims. However,the Town Board has, in the past, permitted him to use this property for weddings.There may have been some condition of approval on previous approvals. Is there a way to look that up? If some are coming via drop off shuttle he should state that.There have been complaints from neighbors about the use of this farm property for weddings(his property is zoned residential not all ag)and Mr. Dart was originally denied permits because he did not comply with the requirement for the promotion and sales of onsite ag products, he figured out how to do an end run around the code by claiming to sell small Xmas trees as wedding favors (similar to Salt Air Farms selling "u-pick" flowers, but that one is more legitimate). I'm not certain of the veracity of his claims. However,the Town Board has, in the past, permitted him to use this property for weddings.There may have been some condition of approval on previous approvals. Is there a way to look that up?
