' WHEREAS,the parties have engaged in negotiations in good faith in an effort to arrive at Y s g a successor agreement to the one that expired on December 31,2019;and l WHEREAS,the parties have arrived at a tentadve-*eement; F i NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein,the 4 parties stipulate and agree as follows: s 1. The provisions of this Stipulation are subject to ratification by the CSEA's + membership and ratification and approval by the Town Board. 2. The,signatories below agree to recommend this Stipulation for x ratification/approval. 3. A copy of this original document has been provided to representatives of the Town and the CSEA. 4. All proposals not contained herein made by either party during the course of negotiations will be deemed dropped. 5. Section 1,9;6(Sick Leave) Effective upon the complete ratification and approval of the 2020-2022 Agreement, "for up to 10 hours"will be changed to"for up to the number of hours in the employee's regular work day."
