That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Site Plan; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-70-7-18; 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the R-80 Zoning District; 4. This site plan is for the proposed construction of fourteen (14) parking stalls and the addition of an ADA compliant lift with new front entry base to an existing museum on 1.12 acres in the R-80 Zoning District.; 5. Upon determining that an application or petition is complete, the board or commission reviewing the same shall fix a time and place for a public hearing thereon. Notice relating to a public hearing on an application or petition shall be provided as follows: A. Town responsibility for publication of notice. The reviewing board or commission shall cause a notice giving the time, date, place and nature of the hearing to be published in the official newspaper within the period prescribed by law. B. Applicant or petitioner responsibility for posting and mailing notice.
