BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Pine Neck Road at the division line between Lots 4 and 5 as shown on the
Map of Property of C. Wells Phillips as surveyed by F.F. Overton, Surveyor, August 1909 and filed in the Office of the
County Clerk on November 6th, 1909 as Map No. 297;
RUNNING THENCE along the said northerly side of Pine Neck Road, North 85 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 100
feet to the division line between Lots 5 and 6 as shown on the aforesaid map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, North 5 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 477.73 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Jockey Creek;
THENCE easterly along the said high water mark of Jockey Creek, the following w tie line courses and distances:
1. South 89 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds East, 58.85 feet;
