BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Vanston Road,said point South 46 degrees 30
minutes West, 157.19 feet from the westerly end of a curve connecting the southerly line of Vanston
Road and the westerly line of Little Peconic Bay Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the land of Margaret V.Brantz,South 21 degrees 26 minutes 00
seconds East 150 feet to land now or formerly of Bankert;
THENCE along said land South 67 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 155 feet to other land of
