1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Raise the existing brick house to FEMA flood plain requirements, basement to be
filled with sand, construct dormer enlargements and replace windows.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located adjacent
to your property and is described as follows:
Subject parcel contains 82.6 acres and is improved with 3 dwellings, a brick house,
2 garages, 28 seasonal cottages and 20 sheds.The property is adjacent on the
south to Shelter Island Sound.
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters 96,111
and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
