Cutchogue, New York, KATHRYN FLEET, residing at West Creek
Avenue, Cutchogue, New York, and JANET REEVE-_F.IE.SD; residing at
3315 Karen Avenue, Long Beach, California, hereinafter referred
to as Parties of the First Part, and EVELYN FLEET, residing at
Main Road, Cutchogue, New York, and CHARLES SAMPLE FLEET,
residing at 10 Pine Ridge Road, Greenwich,
Connecticut, and PATRICIA BEEDE, residing at 120 Sudbury Road,
Concord, Massachusetts, as Trustees -of the
Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Clarence C.
Fleet, hereinafter referred to as Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Parties of the First Part are the owners
in fee simple of the following described land:

WHEREAS, the parties desire to fix and definitely
establish the boundary line between the two parcels mentioned
above respectively owned by them,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
the sum of One ($1. 00) Dollar by each of the parties hereto to
the other in harid paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
the parties, for themselves, their heirs, executors, adminis-
trators, successors and assigns, covenant and agree that the
boundary line be established as a line described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side
of the Main Road (NYS Route 25) distant 535. 65
feet measured southwesterly along the Main Road
from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southwesterly side of Pequash Avenue and
the southeasterly side of the Main Road;

FLEET and JANET REEVE FIELD, remise, release and quitclaim to
EVELYN FLEET and CHARLES SAMPLE FLEET and PATRICIA BEEDE, as
Trustees of the trust created under the Last Will and Testament
of Clarence C . Fleet, Parties of the Second Part, and their
heirs and assigns forever, all their right, title and interest
in and to any land lying to the west of the boundary line so
established, and
EVELYN FLEET and CHARLES SAMPLE FLEET and PATRICIA
BEEDE, as Trustees of the trust created under the Last Will
and Testament of Clarence C. Fleet, the Parties of the Second
Part, remise , release and quitclaim to BETTY B. DAWSON, KATHRYN
FLEET and JANET REEVE FIELD, Parties of the First Part, and
their heirs and assigns forever, all their right, title and
interest in and to any land lying to the east of the boundary
line so established.
It is mutually covenanted and agreed by the parties
hereto that this agreement shall run with the land and be
binding upon and enure to the benefit of the respective heirs,
executors, . administrators, successors and assigns . of each of
the parties.
