SCHEDULE A
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of real property, together with the
improvements erected thereon, situate, lying and being a condominium unit in
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Home No. 72 (the "Home") in the condominium known as Harvest Pointe
Condominium I (the "Condominium"), said Home more particularly defined, designated
and described in the Declaration of'the Condominium made by The Party of the First
Part establishing a plan for condominium ownership of said premises under Article 9-13
