Dear Diane,
Following up on our phone call regarding the pool and patio my wife Christina and I would like to install
in the backyard. I've enclosed a copy of the Survey we just had prepared for this purpose depicting the
100' mark from the Wetlands Boundary of Marratooka Pond. We had the surveyor stake the property
at the 100' mark to enable an accurate physical review of it's location. We also had the surveyor depict
the pool location on the survey centered on the"flat" between the top of the slope and the existing
flower garden. Doing so put us about 10'-15' inside the 100' mark. We are certainly agreeable to
moving the pool back but are hoping to not have to relocate or remove the flower garden.
Please put us on the Trustees schedule for March 10th to visit with us at the Property and let this letter
serve as our permission for the Trustees to enter the property on that date.
