ALL that certain plot, piece or-parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot Number 3 as shown on a certain map entitled: "Clustered
