at Page 431.
This deed sets forth and confirms the devise of the foregoing fifty (50%) percent interest
in the subject premises to the party of the second part in accordance with Article Fifth (B) of the
duly probated Last Will & Testament of A. Michael Frinquelli dated July 7, 2016, by virtue of the
qualified renunciation of Mary L. Frinquelli dated February 29, 2020 of decedent's fifty (50%)
