of 167 feet more or less to the lands of Joseph Cheropowicz;thence running in a general southerly direction along
said lands of Joseph Cheropowicz a distance of 60 feet,more or less,to said lands of Fred Bohlke;thence running

to the point or place of beginning.

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein by deed from Gordon E.
Rackett and Nathalie L Rackett,his wife,dated July 31,2003,recorded in Liber 12272 at page 349 in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
The conveyance was subject to Gordon E.Rackett and Nathalie L.Rackett,his wife,holding a life estate during their
respective lifetimes,Gordon E.Racket passed away on 11/10/2013,Nathalie L.Rackett passed away on 3/16/2020.

will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
