Also enclosed are (2) copies of a topographical survey of the beach prepared by Stanley Isaksen, Jr., L.S., dated 28 February 2007. This survey depicts beach "bottom" elevations on 5-foot centers from the bulkhead to the seaward ends of the existing groins, as well as "top of groin" elevations at the bulkhead; at the seaward ends of the existing groins; and at the locations of the proposed seaward ends of the new groins. Please note that the crossview of the project plan has also been revised to reflect the elevation data contained on this survey, including an indication that the seaward ends of the new groins are to be located no higher than I foot above existing beach grade (!0.9'MSL) and verification that the tops of the new groins are to be no higher than 3.5 feet below the top of existing bulkhead (!4.7'MSL).
