We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a variance for the following relief:
- ,Proposing to demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a new single family
dwelling.
A public zoom hearing will be held on April 1,2021 at 10:40 am. Details on how to tune in and make

PUBLIC HEARING
Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19,the Zoning Board of Appeals
will not be meeting in-person. In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order 202.1,the
APRIL 1. 2021 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via video conferencing, and a
transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have access to view, listen and
make comment during the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. Details about how to tune in
and make comments during the meeting are on the Town's website agenda for this meeting
which may be viewed at http://www.southoldtownny.gov/aqendacenter. Additionally,there

Whenever the Code calls for a public hearing this section shall apply.`Upon determining that an -
application or petition is complete,t-he board or commission reviewing the same.shall fka time and
place fora public hearing thereon.Notice relating to a public hearing_on an application or petition shall
be provided as follows:
