A Regular Work Session and Public Board Hearings of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF
TRUSTEES will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 with the Work Session beginning at
5:OOPM and Public Hearings beginning at 5:30PM.
Pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in-person
access by the public will not be permitted. Town residents are invited to attend the public
meetings virtually via the Zoom online platform.
Written comments may also be submitted via email to the Trustees Clerks at
•elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov and diane.disalvo@town.southold.ny.us. Said comments will
be considered at the public hearing provided that they are submitted no later than 12:00 P.M.
(Prevailing Time) on the day of the public hearing.
The public will have access to view and listen to the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you
do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone. '
