To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to inform you that you neighbor Michael Kreger, who owns
the above referenced property, is applying to the Town of Southold Zoning
Board of Appeals for an area variance from the provisions of Section §280-
13 of the Town of Southold Zoning Code. The aforementioned variance
request is in connection with a proposed conversion of an existing '.I Story
of the subject dwelling into finished space with no change to the
exterior. Enclosed for review is a copy of the survey.
In connection with the subject application, there will be a public
hearing, which you may consider attending, via videoconferencing, to be
held on March 4, 2021, at 10 : 40 a.m. Please contact the secretary of the

SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
THURSDAY, MARCH 4, 2021
PUBLIC HEARING
Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Zoning Board of Appeals
will not be meeting in-person. In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order 202.1,the
MARCH 4, 2021 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via video conferencing, and a
transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have access to view, listen and
make comment during the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. Details about how to tune in
and make comments during the meeting are on the Town's website agenda for this meeting
which may be viewed at http://www.southoldtownnv.gov/agendacenter. Additionally, there
will be a link to the Webinar Zoom meeting at hfp://www.southoldtownnv.gov/calendar.aspx.
If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via
telephone.
