BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly y line of"Home Pike"where the Northeasterly end of a curve connects the
Southerly line of"Home Pike"and the Easterly side of"Silkworth Road,"said"Home Pike"and"Silkworth Road"being
private roads shown on a certain realty subdivision map entitled,"Map of Point Pleasant"filed in the Office of the Clerk of

RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning Easterly and Northeasterly along the Southerly line and the
