Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots 15 and 16 on
"Map of Point Pleasant", Mattituck, New York, said map being filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on May 17, 1916, as Map No. 720 and all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land now or
formerly below the high water mark of Mattituck Creek and which Lots, plots, or parcels of land,
when taken together as one parcel are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found concrete monument on the Southeasterly side of Home Pike, the following
three (3) courses and distances from the Northerly end of a curve connecting the Southeasterly side
