BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Cedar Beach Road, said point being distant
175.00 feet easterly from the intersection of the easterly side of Community Beach with the
southerly side of Cedar Beach Road, and from said point of beginning,
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Cedar Beach Road North 86 degrees 05
minutes 50 seconds West 175.00 feet;
THENCE running along the easterly side of Community Beach, South 03 degrees 54
