BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of South Harbor Road, this point being the Southwest corner of lands now or
formerly of McTague and located 230 feet, more or less, from the intersection of the Southerly line of Baywater Avenue
and the Easterly line of South Harbor Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 59 minutes East along said property of McTague 200 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE Southerly South 6 degrees 24 minutes East, 75 feet to a point;
