THAT the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,situate,lying and being at Southold,Town of Southold,County of
Suffolk and State of New York,known as Unit No.16E,1145th interest in common elements,(hereinafter called
the "Unit"), as designated and described in the Declaration establishing Founders Village Condominium I

"Declaration")and designated as Tax Lot No.030.000 on the floor plans("The Floor Plans")of the building in
which unit is located(hereinafter called"The Building")certified by Steven G.Tsontakis Engineer,filed in the said
County Clerks Office as Map No.115. The buildings are shown on site plan and filed in the said County Clerk's
Office as Map No. 115.

Condominium)
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Eric N.Izzo and Concetta Monteforte,as Co-
Trustees of the Gloria F.Izzo Irrevocable Living Trust dated June 7,2013,who acquired title by virtue of a deed
from Gloria F.Izzo,as Surviving Tenant by the Entirety of Peter V.Izzo,who died a resident of Suffolk County
on the 10"day of February 2011,dated June 7,2013,and recorded April 4,2014,in Liber 12769 at Page 603,
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County,State of New York.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center line thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
