valuable consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the parties of the second part,does
hereby remise, release,and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part as joint tenants with right of

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;

Being and hereby intending to convey the same premises as conveyed by to the parties of the first part by
Deed dated 25'h Day of April, 1995 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 4, 1995, in
