After the comments made by the board, it has been made clear to me that I was thinking about the shed location incorrectly. I have modified the plan to come up with two schemes (Al) and (A2). (A2) is the scheme that we discussed which seemed to be pleasing to the trustees the other evening, though after placing the shed in that location, I came up with a couple concerns. First, it will be the first-shed built across the Right of Way on the point. Second; I feel that it - would impede the view of my neighbors looking down the creek. Thirdly, it is extremely close if not slightly over the title wetlands boundary. On Scheme (A2) I was able to move the shed as close to the Right of Way as possible which seems to have several benefits. First, it is the highest elevation of my property. Secondly, it is in line with all other sheds built on the point. Several homes on the point have shed 'structures that are all in-line on this side of the Right of Way. Third, it's,the furthest possible location of any total wetlands boundary. In conclusion,'I'd appreciate any comments from the board as I hope to receive approvals on one of the schemes so we can store some of the loose furniture laying around the property. I really appreciate everybody's insight and comments.
