Please use the following verbiage: "Construction of 22'x40' swimming pool with 3'x34' overflow trough in backyard. Due to slope conditions on the property, initial construction of the patio and a portion of the pool will be raised construction, but excavated material will be used to regrade the property around the project. Therefore, the finished patio and pool will be materially at grade." While on property I am happy to show what our intent is. I have provided pictures and walked through our intent with Amanda Nunemaker, of the Building Department, and she has acknowledged that from the building department perspective we are okay to proceed with the Trustee Application process. We would like'to increase the size of the pool from 20x40 to 22x40 with the spa inside the pool we feel we need more interior room for our active family to safely swim and play. 2. We would like to reposition the pool from running'perpendicular to now run parallel with the house which would b'e"less encroaching on the wetlands. s i,4. 3. There is a tree'that'is too close to the edge of the pool that we would have to take down and another one that is at'the edge of the house. Both'trees will be shown in a supplied picture. 4. We have added an infinity edge to the pool which would have a trough basin 3'x36' shown on the attached 5. Approximately 50%of the short patios both on the shallow and deep end of the pool will;be raised to work with"the existing slope/grade of the property. The pool and patio on the west end will be raised approximately 2'6" and on the East side of the property the pool and patio will be raised approximately,l16". , 6. We are changing theorientation of the patio to surround 3 sides of the pool which would increase the patio area from approximately 635 sq feet to 725 sq feet(shown on the survey). Included with this letter are pictures of the new pool layout on the property and a new survey. We would be happy to answer any questions the board may have.
