A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance
,s requested for.the reason that: Additional bedrooms are needed and the only
location p~actical place the room is on the front of the present house

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficulti~ orunneces-
sary'HARDSHIPbecau~ The present sideline is about lg feet and there
isnt room enough for the addition in that location, The lot slopes
tward the creek in the rear, .the front yard area is 'the only place
we can locate the addition
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because : the house was bui~.t prior
to' the ordlnance and is set near the sharp dropoff tward the creek,
3. The Variance would obse~e the ~irit ofthe Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because : the lots are all long and over 10~ ft
wide having plenty of open spaces, with varing setbacks throughout
this area. The reduction to 2~ft - 9in will not harm or change the
residential charicter of the neighborhood.

Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving o detailed description of layout of propertymust be drawn on the diagram which is port of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in port ICor any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
