The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because : the house was bui~.t prior to' the ordlnance and is set near the sharp dropoff tward the creek, 3. The Variance would obse~e the ~irit ofthe Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because : the lots are all long and over 10~ ft wide having plenty of open spaces, with varing setbacks throughout this area. The reduction to 2~ft - 9in will not harm or change the residential charicter of the neighborhood.
