The Board of Trustees reviewed your request for the emergency removal of one tree which is problematic and within 100' of the wetlands. The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove this tree. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. Island. These vines have invaded several . trees located in a planted area abutting the wetlands on our property.We respectfully request that we be allowed to have our landscaper prune these vines from these trees. Also at this meeting,the attending Trustees suggested we write this letter requesting permission to do the aforementioned vine pruning.Additionally,a suggestion was made that we take down a tree precariously leaning toward and in very close proximity to our front porch/house.We agree with his suggestion. We respectfully request permission for the vine removal and removal of the tree threatening our front porch/house.
