I. Activities of the Board/Accomplishments:
January 7 2021 Organizational Meeting
The following took place:
• The Board unanimously readopted the ZBA Code of Conduct; the ZBA
Guidelines to Open Meetings Law and Ethical Issues; and the ZBA Procedural
Guidelines, all as written.
• The ZBA readopted all of the templates used for writing draft decisions and
added language to a condition of variance approval to clarify the term non-
habitable space as unfinished, open stud walls and rafters, pre discussion with
the Building Department
• The Board Members reviewed all of the meeting dates for 2021
• The Town Board re-appointed Leslie Kanes Weisman for another 5-year term
and as Chairperson of the Board for 2021. My thanks to the Town Board and
Supervisor for affording me the opportunity to continue to serve the Town in
this capacity.
• The Chairperson re-appointed Nicholas Planamento as Vice Chairperson for
2021
