Activities of the Board/Accomplishments: January 7 2021 Organizational Meeting The following took place: • The Board unanimously readopted the ZBA Code of Conduct; the ZBA Guidelines to Open Meetings Law and Ethical Issues; and the ZBA Procedural Guidelines, all as written. • The ZBA readopted all of the templates used for writing draft decisions and added language to a condition of variance approval to clarify the term non- habitable space as unfinished, open stud walls and rafters, pre discussion with the Building Department • The Board Members reviewed all of the meeting dates for 2021 • The Town Board re-appointed Leslie Kanes Weisman for another 5-year term and as Chairperson of the Board for 2021.
