FOURTH: Grantor agrees not to erect or maintain within the Easement Area any building, permanent structure or physical obstruction of any kind or nature whatsoever, including trees and shrubbery or permit the same to he so erected or maintained, except such as Grantee may specifically consent to in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
