Domino on September 8', 2020. The Board'of Trustees determined that the two (2) trees may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove these trees. Any other activity within_100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. I have attached a photo of the trees in question.The first tree (the straight one's roots are now wrapped on my septic line which it is directly above.This is going to cause me to have to make repairs at some point in the future. The second larger tree is heavily leaning towards my house as you can see in the photos.We have lost some large limbs in the past few storms and is presenting a safety hazard as I have two small children along with the potential property damage it could cause.As mentioned when we spoke I authorize the trustees to come to the property to take a look at the trees and feel free to,let me know if you have any questions.
