Please state that there is a one family dwelling "with an attached garage". I am outraged at having to file for a updated C.O. when I feel the present C.0., dated June 8, 1966, conforms substantially to the application of the original building permit filed November 12, 1965. On the back of the permit it clearly states in ~5 "garage, Number of cars -1-"and in %8 it states "entire new construction 52'x28' + 16'x26' garage". That I should have to pay $50.00 is an outrage. I work hard for my money and pay very high taxes. Please consider a waiver of the $50.00 fee. If fee is waived, please return my check. Thank you for your attention to this request.
