Dear Mr. Miller:
In response to your email dated August 31, 2020 along with photographs, the Board of
Trustees reviewed your request to cut down and remove the two (2) trees located on
your property which are not,healthy and as seen by Trustee Nicholas Krupski on
September 8, 2020.
The Board of Trustees determined that,the two (2) trees may be removed at this time.
No permit will be required in order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
