Dear Ms. McDowell:
In response to your email dated August 13, 2020, the Board of Trustees reviewed your
request to cut down and remove the tree located on your property which was damaged
by our recent Tropical Storfn-and as,seen�by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski on August 30,
2020.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree maybe removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Good day, a tree on our property suffered
damage during the recent storm. it has now
split, in half at the base.
The tree surgeon we consulted advised that
it needs to come down. He said that
because it was within 100 feet of the water I
needed to send this email.
We grant the Trustees permission to come
on the property for the purpose of
examining the tree.
