Upon the application of Annamarie Greco and William L. Scholler, the Co-
Guardians of JONATHAN BECKER seeking permission to sell the residence located at 4718
Great Peconic Boulevard,Laurel,New York, 11948 for the gross purchase price of$999,999.00,
pursuant to the contract of sale entered into by the Co-Guardians on July 21, 2020, with
supporting papers, and upon all other previous papers and proceedings had herein, and due
deliberation having been taken;
NOW, upon the motion of Jeffrey G. Abrandt, Esq. of GOLDFARB ARANDT &
SAUMAN LLP,counsel for Annamarie Greco and William L.Scholler it is hereby:
ORDERED, that Annamarie Greco and William L. Scholler, as Co-Guardians of
JONATHAN BECKER,are hereby authorized to sell the property known as 4718 Great Peconic
Boulevard, Laurel,New York, 11948 for the gross purchase price of$999,999.00,pursuant to
the contract of sale entezed into on July 21,2020 between the Co-Guardians and the purchasers;

West Second Street,Riverhead,New York 11901 are authorized to serve as attorneys for
Co-Guardians in the transaction;

Road,Southold,NY 1197 1,their commission of$59,999.94 from the sale proceeds at the
closing;and it is further
ORDERED,that the Co-Guardians application to reduce the bond and for permission to
explore the purchase of a cooperative or condominium apartment in Manhattan to replace
JONATHAN BECKER's current rental residence is still pending and will be decided by the
Court at a later date and in a separate order.
