BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Naugles Drive where some is intersected by the
Northerly line of land now or formerly of Zurawski, formerly Vialett;
RUNNING THENCE North 16 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West, along the Easterly side of
Naugles Drive, 50.08 feet to land now or formerly of McKenna;
THENCE North 70 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds East, along said last described land. 515
feet to high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
THENCE South 5 degrees 03 minutes 50 seconds West, along a tie line along the high water
mark of Mattituck Creek, 54.97 feet to said land now or formerly of Zurawski, first above
mentioned;
