consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and
release unto Grantee and the legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,situate,lying and being at Southold,Town of Suffolk,County of
Suffolk and State of New York,shown and designated as Lots 59 and 60 on a certain map entitled"Map of
Yennecott Park situate at Southold"surveyed by Van Tuyl&Son,Greenport,New York,May 1, 1968 and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 91'day of October, 1968 as Map No.5187
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Yennecott Drive where the same is intersected by the
division line between Lot 58 and 59 on the above described map;
RUNNING THENCE North 6 degress 00 minutes 00 seconds East 245.55 feet;
THENCE South 83 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds East 88.24 feet;
THENCE South 69 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East 175.17 feet to the westerly side of Tuthill Road;

Being the same premises described in deed to the Grantor, dated the 23`d day of January, 2008
and recorded the 29th day of January, 2008 in Deed Liber 12538 page 840.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of Grantor in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantor in and to said
premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the legal
representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
AND the Grantor covenants that the Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Grantor will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
