first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

and being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly side of Oak Court at the extreme southerly end of an arc of a
curve with a radius of 25.00 feet and a distance of 35.74 feet which connects the southwesterly side of Cedar Drive South
and the westerly side of Oak Court:;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Oak Court,along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a
radius of 595.00 feet,a distance of 133.44 feet;
THENCE South 89 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West,256.73 feet to land now or formerly of George and Giuseppe
Giatrakis;
THENCE along said land,North 24 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds West,21,59 feet;
