Dear Diane, Thanks for remembering this. By discussing with the trustees on November 10, it seems that it is unnecessary to obtain this permit if we just want to mow the lawn and don't do any construction. Mike also mentioned that it is pretty unusual to get a very old permit transferred. If you have a chance to discuss with them and they confirm my understanding, then we don't need to apply for transferring the permit. Thank you.
