In response to your letter received on November 8, 2020 along with photographs, the
Board of Trustees reviewed'your requesfto remove trees that areproblematic and
within 100'-of the wetlands;,and as_teviewed by Trustee_Michael J. Domino.,
The Board of Trustees determined that the three (3)trees which are flagged-that are
closest to.your-residence maybe removed at this time. No permit will be,required in
order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Sirs:
I am writing to request Trustee approval to remove several trees from the backyard of my residence at 8045 N
Bayview Road in Southold.
You may be familiar with the property, as we had several Trustee visits before we applied for and received
approval for the addition of a rear deck in 2019.
Our yard is surrounded by several acres of preserved land. However, there are a number of trees on our
property that are now quite close to the deck, including one in the middle of the yard. We would like to remove
the-trees closest to the deck in order to better utilize the yard,protect the deck, increase light, and enhance the
view of the surrounding woods.
I am granting the Trustees permission to visit the property.
