Dear Mrs. Oakley:
This letter is a follow up to your letter of November 19, 2020 along with photographs.
The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the two trees that are
problematic and within 100' of the:wetlands, and as reviewed by Trustee A. Nicholas
Krupski. - -
The Board of Trustees determined that these two (2) trees may be removed at this time.,
No permit will be required in order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Good morning, Diane.
I am having tree pruning/maintenance service performed on my property the week following Thanksgiving. I am
requesting permission from the Trustees to remove the two trees and stump visible in the attached photos. The one
cedar tree is uprooted and the oak it is leaning on is dead. The stump is a relic. I give permission for the Trustees to
come onto my property and review the situation. My address is 3310 Little Neck Road, Cutchogue.
