Approval of Minutes
A. Motion made by Valerie Shelby to Approval of Minutes November 16, 2020 It was second
by Mrs. Smith. 8 yes - 0 no
MLK program will be canceled due to pandemic
A. The theme for MLK this year is Keep Moving forward
B. Instead of doing the annual MIK event, we will explore the possibility for us to do a
virtual meeting with all the Anti-Bias Task Force of the East End
Southold Town Justice Reform (Survey)
A. Make sure every Southold town resident fills out the survey
International Holocaust Remembrance Day
A. Following last year’s event the two partners North Fork Reform Synagogue and
Cutchogue Presbyterian Church reached out to ABTF to do a zoom event for
International Holocaust Remembrance Day
B. The event could happen zoom Jan 21, 21,2021
C. Details about the event will be email
Notifying the schools about scholarships
A. Emailing all Schools in Southold application for the scholarship
Re-record the emeritus vote on Susan Dingle
A. Emeritus Membership: Candidate must have served on the Anti-Bias Task Force for
several years and have personally contributed to make Southold Town a better place for
all.
B. Formal document will be typed with guidelines for emeritus membership.
C. Motion made by Emily Geiger to approve that Susan Dingle be designated as emeritus
member of the Southold Anti-Bias Task Force. It was second by Dr. Carolyn Peabody.

Youth department report
A. No Report
Police Department
A. The chief has responded there's a spike in cases of overdose calls. It might be due to the
global pandemic or due to the holidays.
School Report
A. Hispanic Organization has brought in to the East End Project Hope, serving all the East
End towns to provide assistance on Mental and Emotional Health for our Youth. This
effort is in collaboration with FSL. They are working with the superintendent of each
school to provide counseling services during the global pandemic.
B. Oysterponds - No Report
C. Greenport
Mr. christpher attended the Greenport school board meeting on November 21 which
discussed a presentation on building projects.
D. Southold
Dr. David reported that the Southold school district worked on a virtual play
E. New Suffolk - No Report
F. Mattituck - No Report
G. Fisher Island - No Report
