RESOLUTION 2020-73
RESOLUTION SETTING MEETING DATES FOR DECEMBER 2020
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby set the
following meeting dates for the month of December 2020: Work Session, Thursday, December
3, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. and monthly meeting, Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 6:30 P.M.
RESULT: Motion by, seconded by , all in favor and motion carried unanimously to approve
Resolution 2020-73.
RESOLUTION 2020-74
RESOLUTION APPROVING BILL REGISTER AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT OF CURRENT BILLS
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approve the
Bill Register submitted by the Treasurer for the November 12, 2020 meeting and further
authorizes payment of the current bills.

RESOLUTION APPROVING MEETING MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 8, 2020
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approve the
October 8, 2020 meeting minutes submitted via email.
RESULT: Motion by seconded by , all in favor and motion carried unanimously to approve
Resolution 2020-75.
RESOLUTION 2020-76
RESOLUTION TO CONTINUE EMPLOYMENT OF LUKASZ JAKUBOWICZ TO CLOSE
PARK GATES AND SECURE THE BUILDINGS
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves
the continued employment of Lukasz Jakubowicz to close the Park gates and to secure the Park
District facilities at Breakwater, Yacht Club, and Veterans Park each evening at a pay rate of
$20.00/hour effective October 1, 2020 and ending December 20, 2020; and act as Security on
as need basis

RESOLUTION 2020-77
RESOLUTION APPOINTING CAROLINE BURGHARDT AS PART TIME TYPIST
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby appoints
Caroline Burghardt as Part Time Typist for up to 12 hours per week at an hourly rate of$18.00
effective November 1, 2020.

Resolution 2020-77.
RESOLUTION 2020-78
RESOLUTION TO SET EQUIPMENT, DOCUMENT,AND RETENTION PROCEDURES
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby sets the
following equipment, document, and retention procedures:
1)All tangible items, such as computer equipment and peripherals, furniture, vehicles, outdoor
equipment and like items require approval by the Board of Commissioners before being de-
accessed.
2)All records, both electronic and paper, shall be retained or disposed of as set forth in the New
York State Local Government Schedule (LGS-1) "Retention and Disposition Schedule for New
York Local Government Records" and by the direction of the Southold Town Clerk. This
schedule is in effect as of August 1, 2020. I
3) Said schedule does not cover final disposition of Mattituck Park District Beach Permits.
Unsold Beach Permits shall be destroyed on the next business day after the permits expire.

4) The final disposition of records to be de-accessed is by shredding.
All prior resolutions set forth by the Board of Commissioners regarding same shall be null and
void.

RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A POLICY ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby adopts a
policy on Sexual Harassment. (See Attachment A.) This policy is in effect as of September 1,
2020. All trustees, employees, or public officials of the Mattituck',Park District'are required to
take an annual class given by the State of New York on Sexual Harassment. New trustees,
employees, or public officials of the District are required to take the class within thirty (30) days
of employment. i

RESOLUTION ON CASH PROCEDURES

RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby adopts a
policy on Cash Procedures. This policy is in effect as of November 1, 2020. 1) Employees of the
Mattituck Park District shall under no circumstances accept cash ifor any transaction, with the
exception of the sale of Beach Permits. 2) Cash funds collected for permits, totaling $200 or
more in any one day, must be deposited on the same day upon the close of the MPD Office. 3)
Checks should be deposited in the bank as soon as possible. All prior resolutions set forth by
the Board of Commissioners regarding same shall be null and void.

RESOLUTION ALLOWING PSE&G TO REPLACE STREET LAMP BULBS AT BAILIE
BEACH AND BREAK WATER BEACH
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby will permit
PSE&G to replace the bulbs in the street lamps at Bailie Beach and Breakwater Beach whereas
the Mattituck Park District will then be responsible for the electric usage of said poles.

RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves the
purchase and or repair of the playground equipment for Breakwater Beach from Pettinelli
Recreation Inc, located at 199 Blessing Rd, Slingerlands, NY 12159 in the amount of
$12,565.49 to begin replacement in November 2020.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF PLAYGROUND
EQUIPMENT AT VETERANS PARK
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves the
purchase and or repair of the playground equipment for Veterans Park playground from
Pettinelli Recreation Inc, located at 199 Blessing Rd, Slingerlands, NY 12159 in the amount of
$43,888.00 to begin replacement in November 2020.
RESULT: Motion by G Lomaga seconded by G Goenringer, all in favor and motion carried
unanimously to approve Resolution 2020-84.
RESOLUTION 2020-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ELECTRICAL WORK TO COMPLETE
THE RPZ AT THE BAILIE BEACH LODGE
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves the
completion of the electrical work at Bailie Beach Lodge by Modern Electric East at PO Box 321,
Mattituck NY 11952 in the amount of$1,575.00 to begin on November 23, 2020.
RESULT: Motion by G Lomaga seconded by G Goehringer, all in favor and motion carried
unanimously to approve Resolution 2020-85.
