BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line of a certain 24 foot right of way known as Fox Hollow Road
where the same is intersected by the easterly line of premises now or formerly of William H. Wertenberg, which said point
of beginning is the following courses and distances from the point of intersection of the easterly line of Cox Neck Road (a
public highway)and the southerly line of a private road known as Miller's right of way:
