ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Plot Nos. 59, 60, 61 and 62 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Goose Bay Estates" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 11/13/1934 as Map No. 1176,
said Lots when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Hickory Avenue distant 125 feet westerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Cedar Avenue with the northerly side
of Hickory Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE north 19 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds east 80 feet;
RUNNING THENCE south 70 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds east 125 feet to the westerly side of
