Dear Mr. and Mrs. Cagnazzi:
In response to your letter dated December 2, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to cut down nine (9) broken/fallen and three (3) dead trees located on the
above mentioned property, which trees were seen by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski on
December 28, 2019, and in the photographs you provided.
The Board of Trustees determined that the nine (9) broken/fallen and three (3) dead
trees may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove the
aforementioned trees. All other trees and understory to remain in tact.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
