YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove and replace(in-place and 12 inches higher)approximately 841f of existing timber bulkhead and
+/-31'westerly timber return with vinyl bulkhead and return;remove existing dilapidated wood groin,and
construct+/-6'easterly vinyl return in place of portion of groin situated landward of bulkhead;backfill
with approximately 50 cubic yards of clean sandy fill to be trucked in from an approved upland source;
construct 4'x 6'landing and 4'x+/-8'steps on waterside of bulkhead; and on landward side of bulkhead,
remove existing 8'x 8'shed and wood wall planter,construct 4'x 67'wood walkway and 8'x 10'
grade-level stone paver patio,and establish and permanently maintain 6'wide non-turf buffer, all as
depicted on the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,October 19,2020.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:

3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:

A Regular Work Session and Public Board Hearings of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF.
TRUSTEES will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 with the Work Session beginning
at 5:OOPM and Public Hearings beginning at 5:30PM. a
Pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 of New York•Governor Andrew Cuomo in-person
access by the public will not be permitted. Town residents are invited to attend the public
meetings virtually via the Zoom online platform.
Written comments may also be submitted via email to the Trustees Clerks at
elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov and diane.disalvo@town.southold.ny.us. Said comments will
be considered at the public hearing provided that they are submitted no later than 12:00 P.M.
(Prevailing Time) on the day of the public hearing.
The public will have access to view and listen to the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you
do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone.
