Thanks Betty, I have reached out to this person and will take care of adjusting the angle.
Hopefully this will address their concerns

but it is a necessary light in my opinion.
Feel better,
Tim

Dear Ms. Neville,
I am writing to inquire about the process by which the town could review the night sky regulations for this lamp
at the westernmost point of Skipper’s lane in Orient. It is a stand alone lamp which is exceedingly bright. We
have spoken with the surrounding neighbors and all agree that it is problematic. I’d be happy to gather
signatures or letters if that is appropriate.

I believe that one issue with the light is the slight upward angle of it so the LED element is visible at a distance.
Simple blinders would make is considerably better though I’m not sure if there is a retrofit option for this
particular lamp.
Please let me know what steps we may take to alleviate this eyesore.
Best,
Thomas Brouillette
