Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets o
areas, and giwng a detaded description of layout of propertymust be drawn on the dmgram which is part of this application
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Budding Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. SucJ
permit shall be kept on the premises avadable for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or m port for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy,
shall have been granted by the Budding Inspector.

In reply to your inquiry BE! access to your property
N/S Middle Road (C.R.RTA) please be advised that the Board of Appeals
has approved access to the property on the north through the private
right of way and the County has approved access to the property on
the south from the County Road, There is adequate are for both the
Church and Parsonage and the required parking area within this entire
property.
